Sales. If you are kind enough to make a purchase from my limited selection, do know that it is the highest form of compliment that I could ever hope to receive as a photographer.
Delivery. All prints, unless hand-delivered, will be shipped 1st class by USPS, with tracked delivery, in an 18"x4"x4" heavyweight mailing tube. Overseas shipments will be on a case-by-case basis. Local hand delivery requires prior approval. To obtain approval, contact me via the Contact Me link.
Returns. Returns are not accepted.
Refunds/Replacements. Refunds or Replacements are only offered if the print is damaged upon arrival and reported no later than 4 days after delivery. The customer should contact JFP either by replying to any email sent from JFP or via the Contact Me link. The customer will have the product replaced or be refunded the product purchase price and taxes upon receipt of proof of the damaged product being destroyed. Tearing a print in half and providing photographic evidence via email will be sufficient evidence of the destruction of the damaged print. Customers can expect a refund to be processed upon JFP’s receipt of verification of the damaged product having been destroyed. It should be noted that neither Stripe nor PayPal refunds their transaction fees.
Payment Methods. Payment methods accepted are Stripe and PayPal.
Conduct. You will be expected to refrain from any behavior that I deem indecent. Your inability to do so will have you blocked with or without warning at my discretion.
User Submitted Content
The El Paso CO Wildflower Project accepts photographs and other content submitted by members of the public.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
• You are the creator and copyright owner of the submitted content, or otherwise have the legal right to submit it.
• The submitted content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
• The information provided with the submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
By submitting content, you grant Jason Fazio Photography and the El Paso CO Wildflower Project a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and publish the content on the website and related project materials while you retain ownership of the copyright.
Submission does not guarantee publication. Jason Fazio Photography reserves the right to accept, reject, edit, remove, or discontinue displaying submitted content at any time.

The El Paso CO Wildflower Project is an independent community photography and educational project operated by Jason Fazio Photography. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by El Paso County, Colorado, or any governmental agency.
