The Image
Created via perfect geometry between the perfect angle between a Winter setting sun and the falling water spray over Horsetail Falls near El Capitan in Yosemite National Park, the event known as Firefall is a sight to behold! For just over 15 minutes per day, and over a span of fewer than two weeks, the natural “Firefall” can be seen. First thought to have been photographed in 1973, within months of the 100-year anniversary of the first Yosemite Firefall, by photographer Galen Rowell. Since then, the “Natural Firefall” at Horsetail Fall has grown in popularity sparked recently by the internet as well as people’s quick access to a camera of some sort.

Shipping
All prints, unless hand-delivered, will be shipped 1st class by USPS, with tracked delivery, in an 18"x4"x4" heavyweight mailing tube. Local hand delivery requires prior approval. To obtain approval, contact me via the Contact Us link.

Refunds are only offered if the print is damaged on arrival and reported no later than 4 days after delivery.
